Return Policy

Customers may return or exchange a product within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Refund Request”. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product showing any damage or defects (if applicable)

After receiving your request, Pro Tax Helper will respond with confirmation and instructions via email.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for items that are defective, incorrect, or not as described. Customers will not be charged any fees for exchanges.

The replacement product will be shipped once the return of the original item is confirmed.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received, please allow up to 2 business days for inspection and processing.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 1–3 business days to your original payment method (credit card or other).
